To tie in with Trans Awareness Week, Don't You Want Me is making history with their debut exhibit in Brighton, one of the two cities where the project first took off, in April of 2018 (The Toronto launch was in March)
Look forward to a whole month of art and storytelling, trading and celebrating, and support the project as it gets its legs. More events will be announced. Highlights are:

- 1 - 30 NOVEMBER - Exhibit is on display at Speakers Corner, on George Street in Kemptown. Open every day except Sunday, and during evening events. All ages, accessible, dog friendly.
- 7 NOV, 5pm - 8pm: Trans Made Night Market - hosted by Below the Belt; showcasing artwork, zines, books and accessories made by the talented members of our local LGBTQ community
- 15 NOV, 6pm-9pm: Exhibit and Fundraiser Launch Party - View our photographs, meet the photographers and participants; brand new video, music, drinks, food and more!

PAST: MARCH 31, 2019: DYWM LAUNCH PARTY AND EXHIBIT OPENING
Kicking off in Toronto for Transgender Day of Visibility, March 31, 2019, Don’t You Want Me is proud to present an inaugural exhibit and party. Held at Tom&Sawyer from 5 - 7pm, our launch party will feature some of the images and narratives from the project with the backdrop of this stunning, sunny venue. Attendees can learn more about it and become ambassadors, participants and supporters! Also, meet some of our participants and their pups! No personal dogs allowed BUT Tom&Sawyer will be giving away doggie goodie bags for those with canines at home. Save Our Scruff will be there with an adoptable dog or two and several 'famed' Toronto VIP pups will be there to meet and greet. Beer, wine and non-alcoholic drinks will be on offer for a suggested donation to Save Our Scruff.

Our exhibit will be hanging at Black Lab Brewing from April 1 - 30. COME BY!
Then, it will hang at The Dock on Queen for the month of May.
